How can I retrieve a lost username and password for admin area?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password you can have them emailed to the email address on file for your account. Go to the
forgot password
screen and then enter your email address to receive the username and password via email.
If you no longer have access to the email address on file and have forgotten your username and password please visit our Live Chat or contact us via email. We can verify an identity using the last 4 digits of your credit card on file and expiration date and then reset the username and password.
If you paid via Paypal directly instead of via credit card we will instead verify using the paypal email, date of charge, and paypal transaction id.
If you do not have access to your email, credit card, or paypal information we require a faxed copy of your drivers license and credit card to verify identity. This information can be faxed to 888-750-6936 along with a contact email address and upon verification the username and password will be reset and sent to the email address on the fax.
