How do I remove the residential check box?

How to remove the residential check box from the customer registration page.
You need this because:
You do not want to allow customers to choose if an address is residential or not.
Description
1. Login to the administrator panel and select
"General-->Login Settings"
.
2. In the
"Residential”
field select the option labelled
"All shipments residential"
.
3. Select the
"Save changes"
button
**Real time shipping rates can vary based on whether the shipment is going to a residential or commercial address. Calculated shipping rates are the same regardless.
