To enable PayPal Payments Pro for your store 1. Visit General->Payment-->Gateway 2. Select Use PayPal Website Payment Pro 3. Enter the Paypal API User name 4. Enter the Paypal password 5. Enter the 3 digit ISO currency code, Click here for a list of currency codes 6. Enter the Paypal Security Key 7. Hit Save To enable Paypal Express Checkout with another Gateway 1. Visit General->Payment-->Gateway 2. Select the Main Gateway you want to use from the Gateway dropdown 3. Check the box marked Enable Express Checkout under PayPal Pro Settings 3. Enter the Paypal API User name 4. Enter the Paypal password 5. Enter the 3 digit ISO currency code, Click here for a list of currency codes 6. Enter the Paypal Security Key 7. Hit Save How do I get my PayPal Pro Information? 1. Log in to your PayPal Premier or Business account. 2. Click the Profile subtab located in the top navigation area. 3. Click the API Access link under the Account Information header. If you already had a credential do steps 4-7, otherwise skip to step 8 4. The Request API Credentials box click View or Remove Credentials 5. Choose the Radio button for API Signature and agree to the terms of use. 6.Click on the Remove button, PayPal will ask you to confirm by reselecting Remove 7. You will be taken back to the previous page. For everyone 8. Click on the Request API Credentials link 9. Select the radio button for API Signature 10. Check the box indicating you agree to PayPals Terms of use 11. Select the Submit button 12. Write down the values for API Username, Password and Signature or print the screen. 13. Copy the API Username, Password and Signature into the corresponding boxes in the StoreSecured interface under General-->Payments-->Gateway and hit Save Important Notes We recommend performing at least one test transaction to ensure that you have copied the values correctly. It is important to enter your values into StoreSecured immediately after creating them in PayPal. Your old values will cease to work with PayPal once the new values are created. *Some merchants have experienced a lag time of approximately 15-30 minutes between when the information was received from PayPal and when PayPal would start accepting that new information as valid. If it does not work immediately please wait between 15-30 minutes and try again.
